Our Leadership
Operating in line with the Eurofins Leadership Charter that encourages entrepreneurial leadership of each Group company by its leader, and in accordance with priorities set by the Group’s Board of Directors, the Group Operating Council (GOC) members select an entrepreneurial leader for each area of activity in each region. In turn, they support these in identifying the best leaders for each Group company under their responsibility or a National Business Line (NBL) leader for each country where there is more than one Eurofins company in an area of activity.
GOC members, Regional and National Business Line Leaders support all Eurofins companies’ leaders in working across borders with other Group companies to take full advantage of Eurofins’ global network potential and serve international clients. Acting as representatives of Eurofins in their board, they also participate in Eurofins entrepreneurs’ and their leadership teams decision making process to invest judiciously and recruit the most talented leaders to expand the activity of their company.
