EAS Announces New Director of Aquatic Toxicology at Easton Laboratory

Sean Gallagher Appointed Director of Aquatic Toxicology at EAS Easton (North America)

EAS Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Gallagher to Director of Aquatic Toxicology at EAS Easton, effective August 29, 2022. With over 35 years of experience, Sean has served as Study Director on 900+ studies in support of regulatory submissions.

Joining legacy Wildlife International in 1987, Sean supervised hundreds of studies as Study Director and led the Aquatics leadership team as Associate Director prior to transitioning into his most recent role as Scientific Advisor, where he has given scientific consultation to clients and internal staff and provided invaluable expertise in environmental toxicology, including avian and aquatic toxicology.

In his new role as Director of Aquatic Toxicology, Sean will oversee a team of experts across the Avian and Aquatic Ecotoxicology labs, including an Aquatics Operations group consisting of more than 30 staff.

EAS Easton provides global clientele with GLP studies that meet regulatory requirements for the testing of agrochemicals, industrial chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biocides and animal health products. Formerly known as Wildlife International, this laboratory and its team of expert scientists are closely involved in the development of guidance and constantly engage in scientific exchanges in OECD, EPA, PMRA, and other regulatory programs.
