Eurofins Agroscience Services Australia appoints Client Business Manager
We are pleased to announce that Kathryn Adams has been appointed Client Business Manager, Australia
Kathryn has been with us for many years and has over 20 years’ experience in agricultural research, development and regulatory affairs. Her career began as a Field Research Scientist with Agrisearch Services Pty Ltd, after graduating from the University of Sydney with a major in Plant Pathology.
After a number of years conducting efficacy, crop safety and GLP residue studies, she moved into the Project Management and Quality Assurance area of the business, ensuring project outcomes were delivered for clients and the company’s focus on quality was embraced.
In 2013, Kathryn was tasked with growing the Regulatory Affairs service offering of the Eurofins Agroscience Services business. This now comprises a dedicated team that compliments the overall service offering of the business and helps to provide a one-stop service for Eurofins clients.
In 2018, Kathryn took on the role of Research Manager within Eurofins Agroscience Services Pty Ltd with a focus on improving quality and turnaround times for reporting. With new systems resulting in increased visibility of project status and progress, reporting turnaround times have now halved.
Kathryn continues her commitment to the business in the newly established role of Client Business Manager. She is responsible for the customer experience through all stages of contracts with a cross function role between management, research and field operation teams to ensure a seamless service and quality, on time data.
