We take quality and integrity seriously. Our Quality and Ethics Team oversees all aspects of process, quality and ethics for Eurofins Consumer Products Assurance, ensuring we remain an organization independent from buying agencies, trading companies, and factories. 

Quality

We have established an internal Continuous Improvement Programme (CIP) to train, assess, analyse the performance of our team and their procedure and programme knowledge regularly. We combine e-learning, field assessment, online tests and other critical attributes to measure the performance of our frontline teams systematically through KPIs.

Ethics

Our comprehensive and stringent ethics policies are built around four pillars to ensure we maintain the highest levels of morality and transparency in everything Eurofins CPA does:

  • Anti-corruption
  • Impartiality
  • Integrity
  • Ethics

By providing ethics courses to our own teams, conducting factory surveys, crosschecking assessments and monitoring corruption attempts through KPIs, we cultivate a culture of ethical practices and behaviour throughout Eurofins CPA.

Process

We are proud of our approach to process management. Our quality management system (QMS) is comprised of four critical elements:

  • Internal system to manage controlled documents
  • Continuous review and update of internal policies and SOP
  • Quality management system specifications
  • Confidentiality
