Pursuant to the provisions of Decree No. 2019-15 of 8 January 2019 aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men, companies with more than 50 employees must calculate and publish, each year, before 1 March, their professional equality index between women and men.

  • The percentage of female employees who receive a pay rise after returning from maternity leave

This score is the result of a proactive policy in the field of professional equality, initiated in 2014, first as part of a unilateral action plan, then as part of an agreement signed in 2018 and renewed in 2021.
