Flow Cytometry Assays
Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Munich is well positioned to assist you with customized flow cytometry assay development, validation, and solutions for sample analysis needs. Our machines are validated for GLP/GCP measurements and underlie a daily performance check.
We have developed four modular core assays that can be further modified with additional markers to provide a tailor-made panel for your specific preclinical and clinical investigation.
- Leukocyte subsets panel (T, B, NK(T), Monocytes)
- T cell activation/exhaustion panel (incl. PD1, CTLA-4)

Support of Preclinical Studies
- Analysis of cells in different biological matrices including blood, spleen, lymph nodes
- Close cooperation with our in vivo facility at BSL Bioservice Munich enable direct transfer of animal samples and direct processing

- Experience with multiple sample types including whole, frozen and lysed blood, PBMCs
- Highly experienced in FACS assay validation and inter-machine validation
- Usage of blood stabilization technology to provide consistent sample quality in global clinical trials
- Standardization of fluorescence intensity units by using molecules of equivalent soluble fluorochrome beads
