Pre-qualified pool of healthy volunteers and specific populations

Our dedicated recruitment team members are cognizant of the volunteers’ concerns and motivation, which guarantees an efficient engagement and retention strategy throughout the entire study.

We update continuously our proprietary database of over 40 000 healthy volunteers, whom we qualify through exhaustive questionnaires and medical examinations conducted by our medical staff. Volunteers are classified by population specific criteria, including:

Informed consent and inclusion

An initial pre-screening stage allows us to identify and contact potential participants. We first conduct a telephone interview, whereby we determine the degree of willingness of the potential recruit, their availability and whether they meet the inclusion criteria.

Those volunteers who successfully complete the pre-screening stages, undergo a thorough medical examination, as well as a face-to-face interview, in order to verify that they meet the study requirements fully, as well as to ensure that they properly understand every relevant detail of the study prior to signing the Informed Consent Form (ICF)
