Amending harmonised standards for machinery
On 2nd April 2020, the European Commission published the following decision:
“Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/480 of 1 April 2020 amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/436 on harmonised standards for machinery drafted in support of Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council”.
The main amendments as a result of this decision are:
- Annex I of this Decision amends the Annex I of Decision (EU) 2019/436
- Annex II of this Decision amends the Annex III of Decision (EU) 2019/436
