French VOC regulation - paints and coatings
The French regulation on labelling of VOC emissions classes will apply to all products sold in France from 1st September, 2013. Now a supplemental specification was published by the responsible French ministry, specifying how to prepare test specimens of paints, varnishes and other coatings.
The specifications were inspired by the most recent draft of the expected CEN standard EN 16402 on testing VOC emissions of paints and coatings, but they are not completely identical.
