18 Substances are proposed to enter in the REACH Authorisation list

 

On 1st October 2019, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) published the press release ECHA/PR/19/14. In this ninth recommendation to the European Commission, ECHA proposes 18 substances of very high concern to be included in the REACH Autorisation list (Annex XIV). The proposed substances are:

1) The substance has no registered uses but is recommended based on grouping considerations as it could potentially replace other lead stabilisers in some of their uses. This is to avoid regrettable substitution.
