Brexit transition: new rules for 2021
On 29th December 2020, the UK government published Guidance about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
This guide is for businesses placing PPE on the market in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and it seeks to provide practical advice with respect to the Regulation as it will apply in Great Britain from 1 January 2021.
For more information, consult the guidance on Regulation 2016/425 and the Personal Protective Equipment (Enforcement) Regulations 2018 here.
There is separate guidance available on the UK website for placing products on the market in Northern Ireland. Consult here.
