China Compulsory Certification (CCC)

We offer China Compulsory Certification (CCC) services for plastics and metal toys for Chinese market. The CCC is mandatory requirement by the China government in order to protect consumers’ health and safety. Toys designed or intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age are regulated. Our laboratory in Hong Kong has been accredited to conduct below testing.

We deliver CCC certification services through partnership with Certification Center of Light Industry Council (CCLC) in Beijing (Lab No. CEPA-06) through a 4-step certification process.

• Submission of application with supporting materials
• Testing of toy samples and issuance of declaration of comformity
• Evaluation of certification results and approval of CCC certification
• Six-monthly follow-up inspection of successful applications
