When talking about marking for Toys, it is fundamental to consider CE Marking for the European Union market, or UKCA Marking for Great Britain. If you are selling to the US market, the Choking Hazard Warning shall be printed on the principal display panel of a toy intended for children over 3 years old, with specific requirements on the height and ratio of symbol and text.
